Cancellation Policy 

You can cancel up to 48 hours before your appointment free of charge.

If you cancel between 24-48 hours then rebook and attend another appointment within 7 days there will be no charge.

If you cancel within 24 hours prior to your booking your treatment or do not follow the 24-48 hour rebooking policy, then your deposit/treatment charge will not be refunded.

If you do not arrive for your appointment your deposit/treatment charge will not be refunded.
